PCDA FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the PCDA?

The Pacific Centre for Discipleship Association (PCDA) is the B.C. Society formed in 1986, as a registered charity Inter-Mennonite society which seeks to provide supportive Christian community for university and college students. More about our history is here.

Who are Mennonites?

Believers in the Anabaptist Christian tradition of Menno Simons are known as Mennonites. Mennonites are also identified with various Dutch, Swiss, German and Russian ethnic groups, but their dispersion and evangelism around the world have made a majority of Mennonites identified as such because of their faith, not their ethnicity.

The PCDA draws from both Mennonite Conferences, but we are not affiliated.
