Point Grey Inter-Mennonite Fellowship

The Point Grey Inter-Mennonite Fellowship (PGIMF) met in the chapel of the Menno Simons Centre (MSC) from 1986-2020, as they were created at the same time as the Pacific Centre for Discipleship Association (PCDA) by founders in common. The church currently meets in the chapel of Menno Court (1750 East 41st Avenue, Vancouver, BC).

PGIMF is an inter-Mennonite congregation that welcomes attendees from many backgrounds, as a member of the Mennonite Church British Columbia. Their worship time includes hymn singing, bible readings, responsive readings, prayers, teachings, and the opportunity to share your prayer concerns and praise items. They are known for their tradition of encouraging open dialogue during time set aside for responses to the “talk” (which may or may not always fit into the category of a traditional “sermon”). Their ministries are all led by the laity — they rely on faithful volunteers to handle all aspects of their work.
