Point Grey Inter-Mennonite Fellowship

The Point Grey Inter-Mennonite Fellowship (PGIMF) welcomes you to join us as we worship on Sunday mornings at 10:00 a.m. via Zoom.  Our home for over 30 years was the chapel of the Menno Simons Centre (MSC), as we were created at the same time as the Pacific Centre for Discipleship Association (PCDA) by founders in common.  We are an inter-Mennonite congregation in that we welcome attenders from many backgrounds, and we are active in both the BC Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches and Mennonite Church British Columbia.

Our worship time includes hymn singing, bible readings, responsive readings, prayers, teachings, and the opportunity to share your prayer concerns and praise items. We are known for our tradition of encouraging open dialogue during time set aside for responses to the “talk” (which may or may not always fit into the category of a traditional “sermon”).

After the service, you are welcome to stay for continued discussion. We especially welcome students and faculty of the nearby University of British Columbia (UBC) and Regent College to join us, even if it is only during a short-term period.

Our ministries are all led by the laity — we rely on faithful volunteers to handle all aspects of our work. Please visit the ‘Contribute’ page to see the many roles that we take on to do church for God’s glory.
